1. Introduction & Developer Identity

This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application TrendForge ("App", "Application"), created, owned, and published by developer Subodh Kumar Singh ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our").

We are dedicated to safeguarding your privacy and ensuring complete compliance with the Google Play Developer Distribution Agreement, Apple App Store Review Guidelines (Section 5.1.1), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

2. Location Information & Evidence Disclosure

No location-based permissions (ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION, ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION) are declared or used within the application codebase.

3. Data Collection & Processing Architecture

TrendForge is engineered on a Local-First Architecture, prioritizing user control:

• Creator Brand Profiles (Local Only): Any creator profiles, handles (@username), signature brand color palettes, and typography presets configured in the app are stored exclusively on your device's local storage (e.g. secure Android SharedPreferences / iOS Sandbox). We do not operate external database servers storing your personal identity.
• AI Content Generation Prompts: When generating slide topics or repurposing articles via AI features, your text prompt is securely transmitted using encrypted HTTPS / TLS 1.3 to high-speed AI inference endpoints. Prompts are processed strictly in memory for ephemeral generation and are never stored, sold, or used to train public AI foundation models.
• Storage & Media Access: TrendForge requests storage/photo library write access solely to export your finished high-resolution PNG slide decks (1080x1350) and multi-page PDF carousels to your device. The App does not read, access, or upload your private photo gallery or unrelated files.
• No Tracking or Advertising Identifiers: We do not track users across third-party apps and websites, nor do we collect Google Advertising ID (GAID) or Apple Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA).

4. Third-Party Service Providers

The application utilizes trusted industry standard platform SDKs strictly for core operational support:

• Google Play Services / Apple StoreKit: Platform services for application binary distribution and security validation.
• Enterprise AI Inference APIs: Secure, ephemeral inference processing under enterprise privacy terms.

5. Children's Privacy (COPPA & GDPR)

TrendForge does not knowingly collect or solicit any personal identifiable information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately for prompt deletion.

6. Data Retention, User Control & Deletion

Because all drafts, brand assets, and generated templates reside locally on your physical device:

• Instant Self-Service Deletion: Deleting or uninstalling the TrendForge app from your device permanently and instantaneously purges all local data, cached images, and user preferences.
• Data Requests: You may contact the developer at any time via email to verify or request data deletion assistance.
